  I was very frustrated with Sprint and I was about to go to a different carrier. After spending way too much time on the phone with Customer-service and thinking that my issue had been resolved I walked into the store to pick up a new phone. To my surprise my issue had not been resolved completely. Fortunately Syeda listen to my issue with lots of patience and understanding. Not only did she resolve the issue with a smile but she also saved me money. THANK YOU SYEDA!!! If you want AMAZING customer service go to this location and ask for her. She is truly an asset to this company.
