Very bad customer service, did not try to resolve the problem to make the customer happy, the little girl on the phone just kept stating "that's our policy". Their return policy is ridiculous, so if you plan on returning or exchanging something do not buy from them. They have the same policies as one of those dirty hood rat stores, there's way better stores out there to spend your money.
